I am a biostatistician and data scientist with over 7 years of experience in clinical trials, cohort studies, and public health analytics.
I work at the intersection of biostatistics, epidemiology, and translational analytics, leading current analyses in CO-LUMINATE to quantify how childhood social determinants of health drive developmental cascades toward adolescent depression through longitudinal phenotype modeling and causal mediation, while advancing PhDDesk for precision maternal epidemiology in obstetric HIV; in parallel, I am building ProtoSynth, a simulation-first, privacy-by-design generative AI platform that grounds analysis logic in protocol documents and enables robust, auditable R/Python pipelines from synthetic data before real-world deployment, and developing PULSE (Project Unit Logistics & Statistics Engine), a multi-tenant biostatistics and data-management operations platform for standardized project structure, granular deliverable tracking, adaptive protocol representation, and full-lifecycle research governance from design to publication.
